2.1 Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

3. Prices and GST

3.1 All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST where applicable.

4.2 For shipments with a customs value of NZD 1,000 or more, NZ Customs may levy import duties in addition to GST. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.3 For information on applicable duties and thresholds, refer to the New Zealand Customs Service.

4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Delivery

5.1 International transit typically takes 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance.

5.2 We are not liable for loss resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

6. Payment

6.1 Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

7. Consumer Guarantees — Your Statutory Rights

7.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. These rights apply in addition to any other rights you may have.

7.2 Under the CGA, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and be free from defects. These guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

7.3 These terms do not apply to the extent you are acquiring the goods for the purposes of a business (CGA s. 2).

8. Change of Mind Returns

8.1 We offer a 14-day change of mind return window from delivery, provided goods are unused, in original packaging, and resaleable.

8.2 Return shipping costs are at your expense for change of mind returns.
