Shipping is weight-based. As a guide: standard envelopes (DL/C5) weigh 4–8 g each — 250 envelopes ≈ 1 kg · 500 envelopes ≈ 2 kg · 1,000 envelopes ≈ 4–5 kg. Larger formats (C4 and above) weigh more.
- All orders are shipped from our European warehouses and are subject to New Zealand customs on import
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver
- We do not refund orders that are refused due to unpaid customs charges, nor returned shipments
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective
- Photograph the damage and packaging and send the images to shop@envelopes.co.nz
- Please do not return the product until you have received confirmation from us
